Glazed lavastone

Genuine volcanic stone, cut by hand and finished with layers of colored glaze. The glaze is fired at very high temperatures, so it fuses with the stone for good. The result is a strong, non-porous surface with deep, rich color.

Because each piece is made by hand, every slab is unique. Small differences in color and texture are part of its natural character.

Available finishes

  • Ash: natural, unglazed
  • Glazed: Indigo, Leaf, Rust, Curry, Sage and Dune

Care

  • Glazed lavastone needs very little care. Clean it with Extremis Multi Cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaners.
  • Ash (natural) is porous and can absorb liquids. Treat it with the recommended stone protector, and repeat every 2–3 years.
